YesPooNoPoo has been named a Go Blue Awards - Blue Hatchling finalist!

Yesterday I was honored to attend Juno Beach Loggerhead Marinelife Center's Kick-Off event to announce their 2022 Go Blue Award finalists. The Annual Go Blue Awards recognizes "individuals, youth, businesses and nonprofit organizations who are making extraordinary contributions in ocean conservation and are on the leading edge of going "Blue!" The Blue Hatchling Youth Award recognizes students up to and including 12th grade who have made significant contributions in marine conservation through volunteer related activities." Other finalists in my category are Marina from West Palm Beach and Ajani from New York. You can learn more about their phenomenal conservation efforts here!

It is great to know that our project which started as a neighborhood initiative, gets recognition all the way in West Palm Beach. We have sold a few stickers all around the world and I hope to sell a YES POO or a NO POO sticker to every household in West Palm Beach so I can continue donating to marine conservation and animal welfare organizations, and keep (bagged) dog waste off the streets and out of the oceans while keeping neighbors happy!

Winners will be announced on October 28, 2022, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, I will donate 20% of all sticker sales until the end of this year to Loggerhead Marinelife Center to help them with their ocean and turtle conservation efforts.
